Women and their attire today

I am shocked at the appalling levels to which today's fashion has taken the dressing of Indian women/girls.The attire worn by young girls have become very vulgar and provocative.There is no need to dress up in such a revealing manner.Revealing the cleavage has become very fashionable and many girls take to such dressing without realising the effect that this has on the opposite sex.Sadly most of them dress up so, not realising that it is vulgar



The fairer sex ought to understand the mind frame of men....the way men are made biologically different from women.It is internationally accepted and known that men have a "peek" or "glance"at every given opportunity.Then why do you encourage it by wearing such dresses? Men can never create sexual appeal by wearing revealing dresses.A bare chested man can work in an agriculture field and not create any attention from fellow women workers,but can the same be accepted with a bare chested women working so????anywhere in the world????



It should be primarily accepted that women wearing revealing dresses create a sexual impact on men,while the opposite is not true.



Sadly, the parents are to be blamed.They should create an awareness that fashionable dressing does not necessarily mean figure hugging and revealing dresses.I was shocked when a mother exclaimed at her daughter who was just coming out after dressing "Wow ..you are sexy dear".Indeed the kid was sexily dressed!What is the need to be sexy?Be sexy with your husband in the privacy of your bedroom....not to the` whole world.I can understand if Angelina Jolie wants to be sexy all the time...that is her business and altogether a different matter to discuss....Why should ordinary girls dress up in a sexy manner?



Does anybody understand the consequences of such dressing by the fairer sex?It creates unwanted attention from the opposite sex and initiates a process of soliciting sex from such girls not just on the assumption that she is promiscuous but also because that is the most natural thing for men to do under such provocation.

Elders should take the initiative to set right the situation.Many elders hesitate to advice because of various reasons. Some do not want their young ones to suffer an inferiority complex with their friends,who dress up in such a fashionable and vulgar way.In cases where the daughter is independent and has a good job and earning more than the dad,they fear revolt.There are many reasons for such non interference and silence of elders/Parents.Whatever those may be,it is spoiling the pristine Culture and Psyche of Men.

Men feel shy to look at fellow female workers who are dressed up in a provocative manner at their work place,scared of looking at the wrong places.Initially it is a distraction.In due course of time,men get accustomed to seeing women vulgarly dressed and it does not create the necessary sexual impact which it normally should.So the very platform which cradles and creates the normal sexual arousal for men has been altered.This definitely has a response in a man's psyche and also his marital life
